摘要
2022年值中国风景名胜区建立40周年之际,笔者受中国风景园林学会风景名胜专业委员会之托,构思风景名胜事业发展的"宣言".从风景名胜区之独特价值的精神气质、蔚为大观的时代产物、守正创新的当代使命3个层面,总结其核心价值、起源演进、人文精神、成就贡献、中国智慧和世界意义,指出在山水文化传承、生态文明示范、中华民族复兴和社会综合效益,以及规避风险等方面的重要作用,阐明风景名胜区的最高宗旨.
Abstract
On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the establishment of China's scenic and historic area system in 2022,the author has been entrusted by the Committee on Scenic and Historic Areas of China Society of Landscape Architecture to conceptualize a"declaration"for the development of scenic and historic areas.From the spirit of the unique value,the magnificent product of the era,and the contemporary mission of inheritance and innovation of scenic and historic areas,the author summarizes the core value,origin and evolution,humanistic spirit,achievement and contribution,Chinese wisdom and global significance,points out the important role in the inheritance of landscape culture,demonstration of ecological civilization,rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and comprehensive social benefits,as well as avoiding the risks,and states the highest purpose.
