A Study of the Construction of Heritage Complex:Taking Yancheng World Natural Heritage as an Example
The management of World Heritage has entered a new stage of sustainable and high-quality development, and there is an urgent need to explore management models that link protection and development.Drawing inspiration from the tourism development model of"tourism complex",which is characterized by functional complexity, efficient interaction and driving effect,a"heritage complex"can be constructed in heritage sites. It is a functional complex with heritage protection as the core, composed of a variety of facilities or institutions related to heritage such as monitoring, research, exhibition, service and industry,as well as institutional environments such as management system and stakeholder coordination mechanism. It follows the principles of multi-integration,conservation and development linkage, and regional promotion, and aims to achieve the dual goals of heritage conservation and regional sustainable development.Taking Migratory Bird Sanctuaries along the Coast of Yellow Sea-Bohai Gulf of China(phase Ⅰ)as an example, this paper discusses the current situation, problems, and optimization countermeasures of Yancheng Heritage Complex.
