Study on the Evolution Path and Dynamic Mechanism of Rural Landscape Governance Mode
The historical comparison method and content analysis method are used to conduct a panoramic analysis of the evolution process of China's rural landscape and its governance system since the founding of the People's Republic of China.The governance model is divided into the initial stage,the reform stage and the improvement stage,combined with the effectiveness of rural landscape construction in each period,the influencing factors of governance and the adjustment mechanism of landscape are summarized,and it is believed that the positioning of the state on the countryside determines the goal and focus of landscape governance,the reform of land,population management,economy and industry and other systems guides the potential of rural governance,the administrative and financial system restricts the governance efficiency of towns and towns,and the social and cultural transformation accelerates the value transformation of the governance process.Finally,based on the evolution path,some suggestions are put forward to explore a more standardized and legalized rural landscape construction and governance model.
