意大利VASA历史乡村景观环境完整性评估方法之中国传落景观应用探究

摘要
从2012年开始,意大利政府制定并实施了《适用于历史乡村景观登记的国家标准》,创建了《国家历史乡村景观目录》,将历史村落及其环境的保护落实于国家层面的保护体系之中,并提出VASA历史环境评估分析法,以实现乡村景观完整性评估的科学性和精确性.在回顾传统聚落历史环境整体保护相关理论与思潮的基础上.对当前中国传统聚落评价认定指标体系进行了分析,指出其中有关遗产完整性评价的指标缺乏客观性与可操作性,因而提出引入VASA方法以优化我国相关评价认定指标体系,并结合具体案例进一步论述了VASA方法在我国传统聚落评价认定指标体系中应用的适宜性.
Abstract
Since 2012,the Italian government has developed and implemented the National Standard for the Registration of Historical Rural Landscapes and created the National Inventory of Historical Rural Landscapes,putting the protection of historic villages and their environment into a national conservation system,and proposed the VASA(Historic Environment Assessment)analysis to achieve a scientific and accurate assessment of the integrity of the rural landscape.Based on the review of the theories and thinking on the overall conservation of the historic environment of traditional settlements,the paper analyzes the current system of indicators for the evaluation and recognition of traditional settlements in China,pointing out that the evaluation indicators related to heritage integrity lack objective and operational scoring techniques,and proposes the introduction of the VASA method to optimize the relevant evaluation and recognition indicator system in China.The authors further discuss the suitability of the VASA method for application in China's traditional settlement evaluation and recognition index system,taking into account specific research cases.
