Analysis and Protection of the Historical Heritage Value of Garden Greenbelts in Beijing's Traditional Central Axis Heritage Area
The garden green spaces in the traditional central axis heritage area in Beijing is an important component of the central axis,and together with urban and architectural spaces,forms the heritage entity of the central axis.The central axis garden green space is a living historical and cultural heritage formed by the accumulation and superposition of history in the old city of Beijing,and has important value for the application of Beijing traditional central axis cultural heritage.By studying the development process of traditional central axis heritage area garden green spaces,this article clarifies the development of tangible elements such as"location and pattern","architecture and landscape",and intangible elements such as"function and tradition"in different periods,and analyzes the five major historical heritage values of central axis garden green spaces.Based on the historical heritage value and protection status of the central axis garden green space,relevant suggestions for the protection and management of the traditional central axis garden green space in the heritage area are proposed.
