Research Progress and Exploration of Practical Models for Community Governance under the Context of Urban Micro-renewal
The practice and research of community governance based on micro-renewal is an important field for the high-quality development of landscape architecture at present.In response to the guidance of national policies and prevailing trends,it becomes essential to initiate community governance research from the perspective of landscape architecture.This paper utilizes CiteSpace for visualized knowledge graph analysis and literature analysis methods to comprehensively review and summarize the processes of community governance within the context of spatial revitalization.The research encompasses conceptual distinctions,historical development,and analysis of research focal points.In the realm of practice,through representative cases conducted directly by the author's team,the participatory community planning and governance model using community gardens as a carrier is explored,as well as how the underlying mechanisms are changed and the impact on social development occur.The study believes that community governance from the perspective of landscape architecture emphasizes the use of participatory community planning based on natural space as a practical carrier to carry out co-construction and co-governance.The key areas for future research and practice are the cultivation of local organizations,the digitalization of community governance,and the establishment of community awareness formation mechanisms.
