Study on the Mode of Landscape Architecture Intervening in Community Governance-A Case Study of Shenzhen
Community governance with the participation of multiple subjects brings new opportunities for landscape architecture.From the aspects of green public space,old city renewal,and community services,this study summarizes the ways in which landscape architecture intervenes in community governance into three models:community garden,urban village creation,community environmental education.Based on the practice of the author's team in Shenzhen,this paper studies the mechanisms and paths through which landscape architecture contributes to community governance through technical expertise,working procedure,and knowledge-based services.The sustainability of the mode and the difficulties found in the practice are discussed,in order to provide new directions and new perspectives for landscape architecture to intervene in community governance.
