Exploring Innovative Planning Strategies for the Joint Construction of Beautiful Villages under Rural Construction Campaign
With the in-depth promotion of Zhejiang Province's rural development vision from"ten million projects"to"beautiful villages"and then to common prosperity,it has become difficult for the creation of beautiful villages based on a single administrative village to adapt to new development demands. The joint construction of beautiful villages based on the endowment of natural resources or the continuity of geographical space of infrastructure is an innovative attempt to break the multiple bottlenecks of the independent development of each rural village.Aiming at the creation of beautiful villages with clear goals, funds, and time constraints, this research is based on the general idea of"industry-space coordinated development",trying to explore an innovative planning method for joint construction of beautiful villages,namely"Two-stage & Three-focal-point Method".Based on in-depth investigation of stock resources in rural areas, this method aims to complete the joint construction of beautiful villages systematically and creatively and carry out spatial planning intervention with industry-spatial composite goals.First of all is to design space nodes based on the"principle of minimizing land conflicts".The second is to form characteristic linear axis based on the"principle of maximizing spatial benefit input-output".The third is to create a demonstration model based on the principle of"priority sorting-demonstration".Furthermore,taking the case of Gucheng Area in Daochang Township,Huzhou City, this research discusses the key issues and solutions when implementing this method both in the industrial planning and spatial design levels, providing experiences for the joint construction of beautiful villages in other developed areas of China.
