Study on the Characteristics and Optimization of Green Space Pattern in Cold Regions from the Perspective of Exercise Equity:The Case of Harbin,China
Under the background of rapid urbanization, chronic diseases occur frequently. As an important place for public exercise and fitness, green space plays an important role in improving public health. The long winters and harsh climate of the cold regions greatly limit the residents'outdoor exercise, especially the old city with strong industrial properties and the inherent disadvantage of the green space pattern, which exacerbates the inequitable exercise phenomenon.Based on the perspective of exercise equity, this study constructs the index system of supply and demand of green space pattern in cold regions, and evaluates the level of coupled and coordinated development of green space. The Gini coefficient and the location entropy of per capita green space area are used to explore the equity of green space pattern under seasonal variation. The results show that:1)There is a serious spatial imbalance between the supply and demand of green space exercise in cold regions, the coupling of green space patterns is poorly coordinated, and the exercise equity gap is disparate, with the overall divergent characteristics of good in the northwest and poor in the southeast;2)The northwest is the original development core, with complete construction of green space and other infrastructure;with urban expansion, the southeast becomes the new development core, but it is still industry-oriented,with insufficient green space construction, resulting in extreme green space distribution and spatial divergence;3)Seasonal variation produces different results on exercise equity;the severe cold climate increases the resistance of green space accessibility, and inequality increases with decreasing temperature;due to the lack of public green space, the southeast faces more serious inequality in winter.Based on the optimal measurement of key indicators, the green space pattern in cold regions is optimized and updated, which provides theoretical and practical references for the implementation of the national strategy of"Healthy China"for environmental interventions in health.
