Application Strategy of Community Life Circle Planning Concept in Urban Green Space System Planning:The Case of Yueyang
The allocation efficiency of leisure space in community life circle is related to whether the leisure space can meet the needs of residents for a better life.The research found that public green space of community living circle leisure space planning regulations increasingly perfect from"living circle residential area"in"Urban Residential Area Planning and Design Standards"to"community life circle"in"Technical Guide to Community Life Circle Planning";"Urban Residential Area Planning and Design Standards"clarifies the scale and compound utilization of public green space,"Technical Guide to Community Life Circle Planning"expands the scope of leisure space and compound utilization,and"Urban Green Space Planning Standards"and other standards effectively supplement the life circle planning standards from index integration and facility setting.However,the provisions of standards are not in-depth research on the potential exploitation integration,utilization scope and function realization measures of the leisure space system,which leads to the low efficiency of leisure space service elements in the urban green space system planning prepared according to the standards.This paper selects the recent urban green space system planning cases of three cities for analysis to confirm the interpretation results of green space standards in the life circle.Based on that,this paper puts forward the idea of studying the high-quality application strategy of community life circle planning concept in urban green space system planning under the land space planning system.Incorporating recreational spaces into the park system,systematically integrating scale,layout and function,and taking Yueyang as an example,this paper summarizes four application strategies in urban green space system planning:sorting out resources to build a complete system,compound utilization to improve efficiency and quality,precise supply to ensure scale coverage,and precise inheritance of planning guidance and control regulations,to ensure efficient allocation of leisure space service elements.It is expected to provide reference experience for the application of community life circle concept in urban green space system planning.
