New Exploration on the Layout of West Garden of Changchun Garden
The West Garden is a subsidiary garden of Changchun Garden,which bore part of the administrative function of Changchun Garden in Qing Dynasty.However,due to historical changes,the West Garden has not existed today.Due to limited archaeological excavation,and the lack of historical data,it is difficult to restore the pattern of the West Garden in Qing Dynasty.In this paper,the author tries to make textual research on the geographical location of the West Garden by means of Yangshi Lei graph archives,written historical data and surveying and mapping data,comparing the similarities and differences between Changchun Garden and the West Garden is helpful to understand the panorama of the West Garden and has certain research significance.
