The Impact of Gene Perception of Historic Urban Landscape on Experience Satisfaction with Historic Districts:A Case Study of the Chinese Baroque Historic District in Harbin
From the perspective of historic urban landscape,it is crucial to promote public participation and enhance satisfaction with the experience of historical neighborhoods.This study proposes the concept of historic urban landscape genes,and takes the example of the Chinese Baroque Historic District in Harbin to explore the impact of historic urban landscape genes on the satisfaction of historical district experience.The research results indicate that:1)The perception of urban historical landscape genes has a significant positive impact on the satisfaction of historical block experiences,while the perception of environmental genes has the greatest impact on the satisfaction of historical landscape experiences,and the layout gene perception has the highest satisfaction with the commercial landscape experience.2)The impact of layout gene perception on architectural gene perception is greater,and there is a close correlation between architectural genes and layout genes.3)The satisfaction of commercial landscape experience has a significant positive impact on the satisfaction of historical landscape experience.This study can provide a reference for the implementation of historic urban landscape concepts and the protection of historic districts.
