The Connotation, Signifi cance and Mechanism Construction of Tripartite System Reform
Although the central government have repeatedly emphasized deepening the medical system reform and carrying out co-acting of medical service, insurance and pharmacy, the performance is not so good and has brought a lot of social criticism. How to step out of the di? culties and bring a benign situation of tripartite co-acting? The author states the connotation and significance of tripartite co-acting from different aspects, and proposes the reform thought with the contents of “intensifying leadership, unifying understanding, clearly defi ning responsibliites, improving mechanism, and implementing accountability”.
