The management of medical service price items in China has entered a new stage,and higher requirements have been put forward for innovative access to medical service price items.This article is based on the practice of various provinces in China,clarifying the relationship between medical service items,medical service price items,and medical technology,which are easily confused concepts.It outlines the methods and paths for innovative access to medical service price items in China,and proposes that in the future,we can build a management mapping table between medical service price items and technical specification items,focus on real-world data of innovative technology.We will continue to carry out work in improving national innovation and economic guidance standards,as well as cost estimation guidelines,to provide references for establishing an innovative access system for medical service pricing projects that is in line with China's national conditions.
