Objective:The paper analyzes the current research status and development trend of long-term care insurance at home,so as to provide reference for the research and practice of long-term care insurance in China.Methods:Literature related to long-term care insurance research in China from 2010 to 2022 was obtained from CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases.CiteSpace software was used to draw the scientific knowledge map,and visual analysis was performed on authors,research institutions,research hotspots and evolution trends in this field.Results:The scholars were not closely connected,there were not many research teams,and they have not formed closely connected research network.Research hotspots included research on the implementation status,the background of aging,and the service supply.Research trends included exploration of system,operation mode and care services.Conclusion:Domestic long-term care insurance research needs to further enhance cooperation and exchange,strengthen policy and system research,and improve the nursing service system,so as to promote the development of long-term care insurance system.
