Policy Evolution,Comparison,and Inspiration of New Medical Service Price Items Management
The approval of fees for the clinical application of innovative medical technology is not only related to the value of technical service,the improvement of diagnostic and treatment technology,and the development of disciplines,but also has a direct impact on the operation of public hospitals and the accessibility of patients'medical service.On the basis of reviewing the evolution of pricing management policies for new medical service in China,this paper compares the pricing management methods for new medical services in various provinces,including the scope of new price items,the admission declaration,the review authority and frequency,the principles and conditions,the procedures,the trial pricing,the implementation supervision and approval,etc.With the practice of typical provinces,this paper suggests integrating the management of new price items guiding documents at the national level,accelerating the improvement of top-level design,and promoting improvement of local pricing item management methods accordingly.
