s]Objective:The paper evaluates the implementation effect and problems of DRG payment in Guangxi and puts forward suggestions.Methods:Descriptive analysis is applied for medical and healthcare data published by relevant government departments in Guangxi from 2016 to 2022.Results:Guangxi's DRG payment has been effective in improving the performance of healthcare security fund utilization,but not obvious in guiding hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.Conclusion:It is proposed to strengthen the guiding role of DRG payment in hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,improve the regulation and assessment mechanism of DRG payment,standardize clinical pathways,and regulate the quality of medical services.
