Analysis and Suggestions for Volume-Based Procurement of General Interventional and Neurosurgical Medical Consumables in the 23 Provincial Alliances
This article conducts in-depth research on the background,rules,achievements,advantages,and problems of the centralized procurement project of the 23 provincial alliances for neurosurgical and general interventional medical consumables led by Henan Province.It proposes a moderate centralized procurement strategy from the perspective of rule making,encourages enterprises to participate in centralized procurement and pursue sound development,and reduces hospital operating costs and the burden of the public.Also,it puts forward suggestions for the work that needs to be promoted in centralized procurement later,such as carrying out enough investigation and research,reasonably setting the bottom line,taking price incentives and clinical needs,improving the correlation between price and quality,adhering to"one product,one policy",improving the informatization,and promoting the health and economic evaluation of centralized procurement,so as to better promote the development of centralized procurement of medical consumables and the reasonable use of medical consumables,providing a reference for high-value medical consumables volume-based procurement in other regions.
