Research on the High-Quality Development of Long-Term Care Insurance Under the Background of Silver Economy——Taking the Long-Term Care Insurance Pilot City of Hohhot as an Example
The increasingly serious aging of the population has prompted China to establish the long-term care insurance system,also it has become a catalyst for the silver economy.This paper takes Hohhot,a pilot city of long-term care insurance,as an example to analyze the effectiveness of the system and the problems such as low-quality of home care services,insufficient quantity of medical care services,gap between urban and rural care,and insufficient training of nursing staff.Focusing on the new development ideas of cultivating and developing the silver economy in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,this article explores the internal mechanism of mutual support and coordinated development between the silver economy and long-term care insurance,and puts forward thoughts and suggestions on the measures of the silver economy to promote the high-quality development of long-term care insurance.
