Accelerating the establishment of innovative medical technology items,and standardizing charging,pricing and medical insurance admission is to support technological innovation.On the basis of reviewing the new medical service price items and medical insurance access documents at the national level,this paper compares the practice of supporting innovative technology across different regions,and proposes relevant suggestions for standardizing the approval,pricing,and medical insurance access management for innovative medical technology charging items.We should further clarify the relationship between technical specifications,approval guidelines,and the application for new medical service pricing items,and ensure proper coordination of workflow;establish new item application channels that combine green and conventional channels based on the level of medical technology innovation;comprehensively utilize cost pricing,value pricing,and reference pricing methods to promote the reasonable formation of new item prices;clarify the application,evaluation,and selection rules for admission to the medical insurance catalogue for medical service price items with approved transfer.
