An Investigation of the Smart Care Service Model for the Elderly from the Perspective of Collaborative Governance——Taking the"Family E-Link"Platform in Lixia District of Jinan City as an Example
With the deepening of population aging in China,the care service have become a focus of social concern.The traditional care service model is difficult to cope with the growing elderly population and diverse service needs.In this context,the smart care service model has emerged,providing more efficient,convenient,and personalized services to the elderly through information technology and intelligent means.Based on the theory of collaborative governance,the paper takes the"Family E-Link"platform in Lixia District of Jinan City as an example,analyzes the operational practice of smart care services on the platform,constructs a collaborative governance analysis framework for smart care services that includes subject collaboration,content collaboration,strategy collaboration,and benefit collaboration,and explains the mechanism of collaborative governance of smart care service models for the elderly based on cost-benefit theory,structuration theory,and resource integration theory,in order to provide references for promoting the high-quality development of smart care service models.
