Objective:The paper investigates the law compliance special field management of medical institutions in Beijing. Methods:A total of 30833 questionnaires were collected from 613 medical institutions in Beijing,and the results of the questionnaires were statistically analyzed. Results:Through investigation and analysis,we found that there were deviations in the focus degree of different compliance areas among medical institutions in Beijing,and the most concerned compliance areas are practicing compliance,medical insurance compliance and procurement compliance. Conclusion:Medical institutions in Beijing have carried out compliance management in some fields,but have not yet formed a compliance management system in all fields. Medical institutions should gradually achieve the goal of improving compliance management in all fields of medical services based on the current experience of compliance management in several fields.
