外路法眼袋美容术在眼袋整形中的应用效果分析

目的 应用外路法眼袋美容术后,评价其对眼袋整形患者中的应用效果.方法 将我院 2022 年 5 月～2023 年 5 月收治的眼袋整形患者纳入本研究,病例数为90 例,按照不同治疗方法分成观察组与对照组.对照组(n=45 例)行内路法眼袋美容术治疗,观察组(n=43 例)开展外路法眼袋美容术.术后,评价两组患者的治疗相关指标,统计两组患者的总有效率、总满意度及并发症.结果 观察组患者的皮肤外观恢复正常时间、手术时间较之对照组更短(P<0.05).对照组治疗总有效率为82.22%,观察组治疗总有效率为97.78%(P<0.05).对照组并发症发生率为17.78%,观察组并发症发生率为2.22%(P<0.05).观察组护理总满意度较之对照组更高(95.56%vs 77.78%,P<0.05).结论 外路法眼袋美容术在眼袋整形患者中具有理想的临床效果,可提高美容手术的总有效率,缩短整形手术总时间与外观恢复正常时间,减少并发症,提高美容满意度.
Analysis of the application effect of external eye bag cosmetic surgery in eye bag plastic surgery
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of external eye bag cosmetic surgery in patients with eye bag plastic surgery.Method:90 eye bag plastic surgery patients admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were included in this study.They were divided into observation groups and control groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(n=45 cases)underwent internal eye bag cosmetic surgery,while the observation group(n=43 cases)underwent external eye bag cosmetic surgery.After surgery,evaluate the treatment related indicators of the two groups of patients,calculate the total effective rate and satisfaction of the two groups of patients,and calculate the incidence of postoperative complications in both groups.Result:The observation group had a shorter time to restore normal skin appearance and plastic surgery compared to the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,45 cases showed significant improvement,36 cases were effective,and 9 cases were ineffective;Compared with 82.22% of the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.78% ,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,9 out of 90 cases developed complications,including 3 cases of tear discharge,3 cases of dry eye,and 1 case of hematoma;Compared with 17.78% of the control group,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower,only 2.22% (P<0.05).Among 86 postoperative patients,42 were very satisfied,36 were generally satisfied,and 12 were dissatisfied;The overall nursing satisfaction of 95.56% in the observation group was higher than that of 77.78% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The external method of eye bag cosmetic surgery has ideal clinical effects in patients with eye bag plastic surgery,which can improve the total effective rate of cosmetic surgery,shorten the total time of plastic surgery and the time for appearance to return to normal,reduce complications,and improve cosmetic satisfaction.
