Clinical effect of external application of polysulfonic acid mucopolysaccharide cream combined with superpulsed carbon dioxide lattice laser in the treatment of depressed acne scars
Objective Analyze the clinical efficacy of ultra pulsed carbon dioxide lattice laser combined with polysulfonic acid mucopolysaccharide cream in the treatment of acne scars.Method A study was conducted on 60 patients with sunken acne scars admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023.They were randomly divided into a control group(30 people)and an observation group(30 people). All patients received ultra pulsed carbon dioxide lattice laser treatment, while the observation group was treated with a combination of polysulfonic acid mucopolysaccharide cream during treatment. The clinical efficacy of different treatment modes on sunken acne scars was compared. After treatment, the ECCA scores within both groups of patients decreased,Compared with the control group, the treatment group had lower ECCA scores(P<0.05);The comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions showed that the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(3.33% vs 20.00% )(P<0.05);Comparing the treatment effects after 6 months of treatment, the treatment group showed significantly higher efficacy(χ 2=7.925,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ultra pulsed carbon dioxide dot matrix laser and polysulfonic acid mucopolysaccharide cream has a better therapeutic effect on depressed acne scars, can significantly reduce the symptoms of acne scars in patients, and has a low incidence of adverse reactions.
