目的 探讨他克莫司软膏外涂辅助 308 nm 紫外光照射治疗在白癜风患者中的应用效果.方法 此次研究所选病例数共 120 例,均为我院在 2021 年 3 月至 2023 年 3 月期间所收治的白癜风患者,将其按照纳入与排除标准筛选至研究中后根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组与观察组,例数相等,均为 60 例.前者接受单纯 308 nm 准分子激光治疗,后者在前者治疗的基础上加用他克莫司软膏治疗,均治疗 3 个月,随访 3 个月.比较两组相关指标.结果 对照组、观察组各项数据比较后得出结果:后者接受治疗后的临床总有效率比前者更高;治疗后二者 CD4+、CD4 +/CD8 + 水平、DLQI 评分均比治疗前更高,组间比较结果为后者更高,CD8+ 水平均比治疗前更低,组间比较结果为后者更低,白斑面积均比治疗前更小,组间比较结果为后者更小,以上均经特定计算软件分析后表示数据差异明显(P<0.05);二者随访期间不良反应、复发频率差异不明显(P>0.05).结论 他克莫司软膏外涂辅助 308 nm 紫外光照射治疗白癜风可显著改善患者免疫功能,缩小其白斑面积,患者生活质量随之升高,有着较高的安全性,疗效确切.
Clinical benefit analysis of external application of tacrolimus ointment assisted by 308 nm ultraviolet light irradiation in the treatment of vitiligo
Objective To explore the application effect of external application of tacrolimus ointment combined with 308 nm ultraviolet light irradiation in the treatment of vitiligo patients.Method A total of 120 cases were selected for this study,all of whom were vitiligo patients admitted to our hospital between March 2021 and March 2023.They were screened for inclusion and exclusion criteria and divided into a control group and an observation group based on different treatment methods.The number of cases was equal,with 60 cases in both groups.The former received simple 308 nm excimer laser treatment,while the latter received treatment with tacrolimus ointment in addition to the former,both of which were treated for 3 months and followed up for 3 months.Compare two sets of relevant indicators.Results After comparing various data between the control group and the observation group,the results showed that the clinical total effective rate of the latter after receiving treatment was higher than that of the former;After treatment,the CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ levels,and DLQI scores of both groups were higher than before treatment.The intergroup comparison showed that the latter was higher,and the CD8+ level was lower than before treatment.The intergroup comparison showed that the latter was lower,and the white spot area was smaller than before treatment.The intergroup comparison showed that the latter was smaller,and after analysis by specific calculation software,the data difference was significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in adverse reactions and recurrence frequency between the two during follow-up(P>0.05).Conclusion:Topical application of tacrolimus ointment combined with 308 nm ultraviolet light irradiation can significantly improve the immune function of patients with vitiligo,reduce their white spot area,and improve their quality of life.It has high safety and definite therapeutic effect.
