The impact of high-quality nursing throughout the process on the psychological care and adverse reactions of children with facial and cervical hemangioma treated with laser therapy
Objective To investigate the impact of high-quality nursing throughout the entire process on the psychological care and adverse reactions of children with facial and neck hemangioma treated with laser.Method Thirty children with facial and neck hemangiomas treated with laser therapy from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were given high-quality care throughout the entire process,and their psychological state,peak blood flow at the lesion site,venous blood resistance coefficient,and treatment effectiveness were compared before and after treatment.Result There was a significant difference(P<0.05)in the peak blood flow and venous blood resistance coefficient at the lesion site before and after nursing care for the patient.The optimism and mental health level of the patient after nursing care were higher than those before nursing care(P<0.05).The treatment effectiveness rate of the child is 100% .Conclusion High quality nursing throughout the process has a better effect on laser treatment of facial and cervical hemangioma in children,which can effectively improve the mental health of patients.It is recommended to apply it widely.
