The effcet of physical and mental care mode on the self perceived burden and prognosis of patients undergoing microsurgical orthopedic finger replantation in hand surgery
Objective To explore the impact of physical and mental care models on the self perceived burden and prognosis of patients undergoing microsurgical finger replantation in hand surgery.Method 72 cases of patients who underwent finger replantation surgery in the department of Hand Surgery Microorthopedic of our hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the control group, and they were given routine nursing.75 cases of patients who underwent finger replantation surgery in the department of Hand Surgery Micro orthopedic of our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the observation group, and they were given physical and mental nursing model on the basis of routine care. The two groups were compared of the self-care ability, perceived burden, nursing satisfaction, and prognosis.Result Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher scores on self-care abilities such as health knowledge level,self-care responsibility, and self-care skills after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had a lower score on the Self Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the survival rate of limb replantation between the two groups of patients, but compared to the control group, the observation group had fewer complications and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group in terms of patient care, service attitude, and professional level was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The physical and mental care model can improve the self-care ability of patients undergoing microsurgical finger replantation, reduce the burden of self-perception,improve prognosis, and enhance nursing satisfaction.
