Evidence based visualization and comparative analysis of keloid literature based on Web of Science and CNKI
Objective To analyze the current research topics of keloid in Chinese and English databases usingthe bibliometric,then to explore its current hotspots and future research directions.Methods CNKI database and Web of Science were used to search Chinese and English literature.Taking"keloid"as the search term,the search date was self-established to December 31,2022.Subsequ.ently,the relevant literature on keloid published keloid was included,and the VOSviewer 1.6.19 software and Citespace6.2.R3 software were used to draw the corresponding evidence-based visual map for the distribution of countries,institutions and authors of the included literature,the clustering of keywords and their time series.Results Finally,2931records in Chinese and 2842 hits in Engli sh were identified.The annualpublication volume of both Chinese and English documents increasingly gained the number year by year.In terms of keyword clustering,the results of Chinese literatu re suggest that the potential research hotspot in the future is the formation cause and pathogenesis of keloids,and the focus of future research in the English literature is the overall management of keloids.Conclusion At present,the research interest in keloid is on the rise,and foreign and domestic research institutions are conducting in-depth exploration of keloids.
