Effect of volume shifting breast conserving plastic surgery on breast appearance and rehabilitation of early breast cancer patients
Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of volume shifting breast conserving plastic surgery on breast appearance and rehabilitation of early breast cancer patients.Methods From January 2022 to October 2023,62 patients with early breast cancer in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups by the number table method.There were 31 cases in the control group(traditional breast conserving surgery)and 31 cases in the observation group(volume shifting breast conserving plastic surgery).Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group showed significantly higher improvement in breast appearance(P<0.05);The nipple level,breast height,and breast shape scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);There were no significant difference in surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage tube placement time,and hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05);Compared with the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly higher quality of life scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:Volume shifting breast conserving plastic surgery for early breast cancer can improve the appearance of the breast,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the quality of life,and will not cause adverse effects on the postoperative rehabilitation of patients,and will not increase the risk of recurrence.
