Clinical effect of flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil and tropisetron for postoperative analgesia after breast augmentation surgery
Objective To explore the analgesic effect of flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil and tropisetron after prosthetic breast augmentation surgery.Methods Anesthesia data of 32 patients undergoing postoperative patient controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA)using flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil and tropisetron for breast augmentation surgery admitted to our hospital from Jun 2023 to Sep 2023(observation group),and anesthesia data from 32 postoperative patients treated with sufentanil and tropisetron PCIA for breast augmentation surgery from Jan 2023 to May 2023(control group).The amount of sufentanil,number of compressions,degree of postoperative pain at different time points,hemodynamic status,and the incidence of postoperative drainage volume and adverse reactions between the two groups of patients were compared.Results The amount of sufentanil used and the number of compressions in the observation group were less than those in control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group at 4 hours,8 hours,12 hours,24 hours,and 48 hours after surgery were lower than those of control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The SBP,DBP,and HR of the observation group at 4 hours and 12 hours after surgery were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05),and there was no difference in SpO2 between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative drainage volume of 24 hours after surgery and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups has no differences(P>0.05).Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil and tropisetron has a definite effect on postoperative analgesia after breast augmentation surgery.It can effectively reduce the dosage of opioid drugs,stabilize hemodynamics,and has high safety.
