Clinical application of an arc dotting micro-focused ultrasound in facial anti-aging
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of an arc dotting micro-focused ultrasound in the middle and lower face anti-aging.Methods 60 female subjects who received facial tightening treatment in our hospital from July 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.All subjects voluntarily underwent a micro-focused ultrasound with an arc dotting function for facial skin tightening.Photographs were taken before,immediately after and 12 weeks after treatment.Two senior cosmetic dermatologists participated in the objective assessment of the improvement of facial appearance and wrinkles before and after treatment.According to the GAIS(Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale),4 is no significant improvement,3 is mild improvement,2 is moderate improvement,and 1 is significant improvement.According to FPS-R(Faces Pain Scale-Revised),participants were followed up for pain during the operation,the first week and the second week after treatment.Results The objective improvement rates immediately and 12 weeks after treatment were 90%(6 in 1,52 in 2,2 in 3,0 in 4)and 93.3%(4 in 1,40 in 2,15 in 3,1 in 4).The pain scores were 0～2 in 4 patients,2～4 in 42 patients,4～6 in 13 patients,and more than 6 in 1 patient.The pain scores immediately after treatment were 0-2 in 56 patients and 2-4 in 4 patients;One week after treatment,the pain score was 0-2 in 60 patients.Conclusion The arc dotting micro-focused ultrasound has significant immediate and sustained anti-aging effects,and high clinical tolerance,worthy of clinical application.
