Application of rehabilitation nursing under the guidance of behavioral transformation theory in scar plastic surgery patients after facial burns
Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing under the guidance of behavior change theory in scar plastic surgery patients after facial burns.Method Forty patients with facial burn scar plastic surgery admitted to the Skin Burn Plastic Surgery Department of Jiaozuo People's Hospital from February 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Rehabilitation nursing guided by behavior change theory was adopted on the basis of routine nursing. The Disabilit y Acceptance Scale(ADS-R)was used to investigate the degree of disability acceptance of patients before and after intervention. The Medical Coping Style Questionnaire(MCMQ)was used to investigate the changes in patients'coping styles before and after intervention. The Simple Burn Health Scale(BSHS-B)was also used to investigate the quality of life of patients before and after intervention,as well as their nursing satisfaction. The results showed that the ADS-R scale score of this group of patients after intervention was higher than before intervention, and the positive coping score in MCMQ was lower before intervention, while the negative coping score was lower than before intervention, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The BSHS-B scale score of this group of patients after intervention was higher than before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction of this group of patients was 100%(40/40).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing guided by behavioral change theory can transform the coping style of facial burn plastic surgery patients, improve disability acceptance and quality of life, and enhance nursing satisfaction.
