Application of Multiple Pain Nursing Interventions in the Repair of Upper Limb Wounds with Free Anterolateral Femoral Flap
Objective To explore and analyze the application value of multiple modes of pain nursing interventions in the repair of upper limb wounds with free anterolateral femoral skin flap.Methods:100 patients with upper limb wounds repaired with free anterolateral femoral skin flap admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 were randomly divided into a control group(routine nursing intervention)and an observation group(multi mode pain nursing intervention)using the digital table method, with 50 cases each. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results:The pain numerical scale(NRS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 6h,12h,24h,and 48h after surgery(P<0.05);After intervention, the observation group had higher scores on the Activities of Daily Living(ADL)and Health Survey Checklist(SF-36)compared to the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multiple modes of pain nursing intervention can effectively reduce the degree of pain, improve daily activity ability, and quality of life in the care of patients with upper limb wounds repaired with free anterolateral femoral skin flap.Patients are also more satisfied with the nursing, and it is worth promoting.
