A Study on the Treatment of Allergies Caused by Skin Compression Injection of Collagen in Rats with Dexamethasone Injection Combined with Meineng Tablets
Objective To investigate the causes of skin allergy caused by the injection of and the therapeutic effect of dexamethasone combined with Meineng tablets. Methods According to different drugs and injection methods, the rats were divided into 4 groups:control group, intradermal injection group, pressure injection group and positive drug group. The drug study adopted the pressure injection model which was divided into dexamethasone combined with Meineng tablet group, dexamethasone group,Meineng tablet group and normal saline control group. After the rats were killed, and the abdominal cavity was washed with normal saline to collect the washing liquid. Then the skin was taken to the subcutaneous injection site for pathological experiments. Results The pressure injection group showed edema at the injection site, but it was not as obvious as that in the positive drug group, and there was no obvious blue spot.Evans Blue showed that the exudation of Evans Blue in the positive drug group and the pressure injection group was significantly increased(P<0.01).The pathological results showed that the dermis of the pressure injection group was obviously loose and edema and inflammatory cell infiltration was seen.Drug study showed that although the amount of Evans Blue in the administration group treated with dexamethasone injection combined with Meineng tablets was not statistically significant,it showed a decreasing trend, and the pathological results showed tissue infiltration of inflammatory cells in the administration group reduce. Conclusion Pressure injection is a possible cause of allergic reactions when injecting collagen, and the combined application of dexamethasone injection and Meineng tablets can effectively improve allergic reactions caused by pressure injection.
