Application of autologous fat granule grafting in temporal filling
Temporal aging is characterized by gradual collapse of the temporal region and sharper contours of the zygomatic arch,temporal line,and lateral orbital margins,resulting in a shriveled face shape.Studies have found that the use of autologous fat particle grafting can re-establish the volume of the temporal fat compartment,correct the appearance of aging,improve skin quality,and achieve temporal rejuvenation,but it also comes with some potential risks,such as neurovascular damage,temporal aesthetic problems,etc.This review mainly summarizes the methods and research progress of temporal autologous fat particle grafting and filling.
