Progress in the application of CGF in plastic surgery
In recent years,platelet products have attracted much attention because of their non-toxicity,non-immunogenicity,and low preparation cost.Concentrated growth factor is a third-generation platelet aggregate rich in a variety of fibrin and growth factors.It has the advantages of promoting cell proliferation,differentiation,chemotaxis and vascularization,promoting defect repair and regeneration,and has been widely used in clinical practice.As a new generation of platelet derivatives,the mechanism of action of CGF is still unclear.This article summarizes the mechanism and clinical application of CGF in rhinoplasty repair,facial rejuvenation,androgen alopecia treatment,nerve injury repair,and wound repair.
