Progress in wound formation mechanism and surgical treatment of diabetes foot ulcer
In recent years,the number of diabetic patients in China has increased with the improvement of life quality,and patients'neglect of the disease has led to a gradual increase in the incidence of its related complications.As a complication of diabetes mellitus,DiabeticFoot(DF)is the main cause of disability in patients.Diabetic foot has become the biggest factor threatening diabetic patients,causing great difficulties to people's life and health.The high mortality rate and high medical cost of diabetic foot bring heavy burden to patients and society.Because diabetic foot is characterized by complex pathogenesis and chronic difficulty in healing,the clinical treatment of diabetic foot often leaves clinicians at a loss.The author briefly explained the pathogenesis of diabetic foot and reviewed the progress of the pathogenesis and surgical treatment of diabetic foot by reading relevant literatures in order to provide more help for clinical medical staff and patients.
