Clinical application of small incision double eyelid plasty with orbicularis oculi muscle preservation
Objective To explore a natural blepharoplasty surgery method with short recovery period,light injury,stable maintenance time.Methods From December 2021 to December 2022,76 patients with double eyelids,according to different surgical methods,were divided into observation group(38 cases,with thinner upper eyelid skin tissue and less obvious relaxation)and control group(38 cases,with more obvious relaxation).The observation group was treated with small incisional blepharoplasty with a small incision preserving orbicularis oculi muscle,and the control group was treated with traditional incisional blepharoplasty.The postoperative recovery of the two groups was recorded.After 6 months of follow-up,the double eyelid aesthetics score was used to evaluate the double eyelid aesthetics of the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 94.73%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.94%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of double eyelid incision,the time of double eyelid surgery,and the healing time of double eyelid incision in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The morphological score,skin sensory score,skin integrity and color score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the complications were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Small incision blepharoplasty with preservation of orbicularis oculi muscle is worthy of clinical promotion due to less tissue damage and fast establishment of blood circulation and lymphatic circulation,so the recovery period is short,the effect is stable,the naturalness is high,and the satisfaction rate is also high.
