Application of superpulsed CO2 dot matrix laser combined with triamcinolone and 5-fluorouracil in hypertrophic scars
Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the application effect of super-pulsed CO2 dot matrix laser combined with Triamcinolone acetonide(TA)and 5-fluorouracil(5-FU)in Hypertrophic scar(HS).Methods A total of 112 patients with HS in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=56)and test group(n=56).control group received superpulse CO2 dot matrix laser treatment, and the test group was treated with TA combined with 5-FU on the basis of control group. The treatment effect, visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Vancouver scar scale(VSS)score and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the test group was 96.43%(54/56),which was higher than that of the control group(82.14%,46/56)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment, the VAS score of the test group was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment, the scores of vascular distribution, pigmentation, scar thickness and height, and flexibility in the test group were lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the test group(7 cases,12.50%)and the control group(5 cases,8.93%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser combined with TA and 5-FU in HS can improve the treatment effect, relieve pain and itching symptoms, and improve the scar situation without increasing the occurrence of adverse reactions, and the treatment is safe.
