2940 nm fractional laser combined with botulinum toxin type A Improve the clinical efficacy of periorbital skin aging
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of 2940nm lattice laser combined with type A botulinum toxin in improving periorbital skin aging.Methods 105 beauty seekers were randomly divided into three groups:combination therapy group(35 cases),injection control group(35 cases),and laser control group(35 cases).Combination therapy group:First,use 2940nm lattice laser for treatment once,then inject type A botulinum toxin once two weeks later,and use 2940nm lattice laser again every two months for treatment once;Injection control group:Only type A botulinum toxin was injected once;The laser control group was only treated twice with 2940nm lattice laser,with a 2-month interval between each treatment.All three groups were followed up for 26 weeks,and their static and dynamic orbital wrinkles were objectively evaluated and satisfaction scores were given by physicians and beauty seekers,respectively.Results The Wrinkle Severity Scale(WSRS)was used to statistically analyze the aging of the periorbital skin in all three groups of beauty seekers,and the results were improved.The treatment effect of facial dynamic wrinkles:the effective rate of the injection group reached 93.3%after 4 weeks,and decreased to 6.7%after 26 weeks;The effective rate of the laser group was 13.3%after 4 weeks,and reached 60%after 26 weeks;The effectiveness rate of the joint group reached 93.3%in 4 weeks and 66.7%in 26 weeks.The treatment effect of facial static wrinkles:the effective rate of the injection group reached 73.3%after 4 weeks,and decreased to 3.3%after 26 weeks;The effective rate of the laser group was 36.7%at 4 weeks and 73.3%at 26 weeks;The effectiveness rate of the joint group reached 83.3%in 4 weeks and 80%in 26 weeks.Conclusion The combination of 2940nm lattice laser and type A botulinum toxin improves periorbital skin aging,with fast onset,significant effect,long duration,safety and reliability,and is worth promoting.
