Analysis of preoperative guidance and intraoperative nursing cooperation for fat suction surgery in the Department of Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery
Objective To analyze and explore the preoperative guidance and intraoperative nursing cooperation effect of fat suction surgery in the plastic and cosmetic department.Method A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 150 patients undergoing fat aspiration surgery in our plastic surgery and beauty clinic from March 2021 to March 2023.Based on differences in nursing plans, the selected patients were divided into a control group(conventional nursing)and an experimental group(preoperative guidance and intraoperative surgical nursing combined intervention based on conventional nursing),with 75 patients in each group. The incidence of complications and patient satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Result There was no occurrence of fat embolism in the experimental group, with 1 case experiencing wound necrosis and 2 cases experiencing wound infection. The total incidence rate was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than the control group of 6 cases(8.00%),and there was a significant difference in data between the groups(P<0.05);There was a significant difference in nursing satisfaction evaluation between groups, with 97.33%in the experimental group and 88.00%in the control group. The difference in data between groups was significant(P<0.05).Discussion The combination of preoperative guidance and intraoperative surgical care can significantly reduce the incidence of surgical complications in fat suction surgery in plastic surgery clinics, and has a positive effect on improving patient nursing satisfaction. It is worth further promotion.
