Postoperative care and prevention of complications in the application of free skin flap transplantation after lower limb trauma
Objective To explore and analyze the postoperative care and prevention of complications in the application of free skin flap transplantation after lower limb trauma. Methods 90 patients with lower limb trauma who underwent free flap transplantation in our hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using the digital table method. The control group received routine care and the observation group received predictive care, with 45 patients in each group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group showed higher skin flap scores after inter group intervention(P<0.05);The incidence of complications between groups was lower in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05);Comparison of satisfaction between groups, the observation group showed a higher level of satisfaction compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative care of patients undergoing free flap transplantation after lower limb trauma using predictive care can improve their flap condition, reduce complications, and make them more satisfied with the care, which is worth promoting.
