The effect of comprehensive skin care intervention based on the concept of wet healing on postoperative wound healing of limb fractures with soft tissue defects
Objective To explore and analyze the impact of comprehensive skin care intervention based on the concept of wet healing on the postoperative wound healing of limb fractures with soft tissue defects. Methods From October 2020 to October 2023,180 postoperative patients with limb fractures and soft tissue defects admitted to our hospital were selected, all of whom received comprehensive skin care based on the concept of wet healing, and the intervention was observed. Results The epithelialization area of the patient's wound is(2.17±0.49)cm ²,The wound exudation score and Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score were(0.79±0.21)and(1.24±0.41)respectively,and the wound healing time was(10.69±1.57)days;After intervention, the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),epidermal growth factor(EGF),and tumor necrosis factor were higher than before intervention-α(TNF)-α)Lower than before intervention(P<0.05);After intervention, the patient satisfaction rate was 96.67%.Conclusion Comprehensive skin intervention based on the concept of wet healing can promote wound healing, alleviate pain, regulate growth factor levels, and alleviate inflammatory reactions in patients with limb fractures and soft tissue defects after surgery.Patient satisfaction is high, and it is worth promoting.
