Research on Laser Mediated Transdermal Drug Delivery Technology for the Treatment of Hemangioma
Objective To explore and analyze the application of laser mediated transdermal drug delivery technology in the treatment of vascular tumors. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the medical records of infants and young children with proliferative hemangioma who received a complete course of treatment at the Medical Aesthetics Department of Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2021 to February 2023.Fifty cases were selected as the experimental group from the group treated with ultra pulse CO2 laser mediated transdermal delivery technology and external application of thiamol maleate eye drops.Fifty cases were selected as the control group 1 from the group treated with lattice CO2 laser mediated transdermal delivery technology and external application of thiamol maleate eye drops.Fifty cases were selected as the control group 2 from the group treated with direct external application of thiamol maleate eye drops. Results In the experimental group,25 cases were cured,19 cases showed significant improvement, and 6 cases were ineffective;Control group 1:20 cases were cured,16 cases were significantly improved, and 14 cases were ineffective; In control group 2,18 cases were cured,16 cases were significantly improved, and 16 cases were ineffective. The efficacy data of three treatment plans were compared using chi square test(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. The experimental group had the highest treatment efficacy(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. In this study, the experimental group required(2.92±1.412)course of treatment;Control group 1 requires(3.96±1.551)course of treatment;Control group 2 requires(4.18±1.466)course of treatment;Analysis of variance(P<0.05)was performed on the data related to the required course of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant. The experimental group had the shortest course of treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of transdermal drug delivery technology mediated by ultra pulsed CO2 laser to the treatment of timolol maleate in infants and young children with proliferative hemangioma can effectively improve clinical efficacy and shorten the course of treatment.
