目的 观察 755nm皮秒激光联合纳晶微针导入氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑的疗效临床疗效.方法 将 40 例黄褐斑患者随机分为两组,试验组采用 755nm皮秒激光联合纳晶微针导入氨甲环酸治疗,对照组采用单纯皮秒激光治疗,两组患者治疗前、治疗第 2 个月、第 4 个月、第 7 个月拍照存档,按照黄褐斑皮损面积和严重度指数(melasma area and severity index,MASI)进行评分.结果 试验组和对照组从开始治疗的第二个月MASI值就开始出现下降,试验组治疗后第七个月MSAI分值最低,从治疗前(14.86±3.33)下降至(8.33±2.39),对照组的MASI分值下降至(10.23±2.84).试验组分值明显低于对照组(P<0.05).试验组治疗后MASI下降率为(44.82±5.73)%,明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义.结论 755nm皮秒激光联合纳晶微针导入氨甲环酸能有效治疗黄褐斑,安全性好,不良反应少.
Clinical Observation of Melasma Treated by 755nm Picosecond Laser Combination With Nano Microneedle Leading-in Tranexamic Acid
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of melasma treated by using 755nm picosecond laser combination with nano microneedle leading-in tranexamic acid.Methods 40 patients with melasma were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with 755nm picosecond laser combination with nano microneedle leading-in tranexamic acid.The control group only used picosecond laser therapy.Two groups of patients were photographed at the prior treatment,second months,4th month,7th month.Evaluation criterias included evaluating of melasma area and severity index(MASI).Results The MASI scores of two groups showed an obvious decline at the second months.The MASI score of the experimental group was lowest at the seventh momths after treatment,the score dropped from(14.86±3.33)to(8.33±2.39).The score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The reduction rate of the MASI score in the treatment group was(44.82±5.73)%at the seventh months,which was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The 755nm picosecond laser combination with nano microneedle leading-in tranexamic acid can be effective in the treatment of melasma,with good safety and few adverse reactions.
