目的 分析黄褐斑患者采用面部滚针联合氨甲环酸治疗的效果.方法 选取2022年11月至2023年11月本院收治的黄褐斑患者共计64例,以治疗方法的不同分成研究组(n=32)与对照组(n=32),对照组采用氨甲环酸治疗,研究组采用面部滚针联合氨甲环酸治疗,比较两组临床疗效、黄褐斑严重程度、生活质量.结果 统计治疗总有效率,研究组(96.88%)较对照组(75.00%)更高(P<0.05);两组治疗后黄褐斑面积及严重程度指数(Melasma area and severity index,MASI)评分下降(P<0.05),研究组(5.73±2.12分)较对照组(7.64±3.05分)更低(P<0.05);两组治疗后皮肤病生活质量指数问卷(Dermatologylife quality index,DLQI)评分下降(P<0.05),研究组(6.69±1.75分)较对照组(9.11±2.52分)更低(P<0.05).结论:面部滚针联合氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑能够有效提高临床疗效,控制黄褐斑严重程度,改善患者生活质量.
Analysis of the effect of facial rolling needle and tranexamic acid in the treatment of melasma
Objective To analyze the effect of facial rolling needle and tranexamic acid treatment on patients with melasma.Methods A total of 64 patients with melasma from November 2022 to November 2023 who were admitted in our hospital were selected,and divided into the study group(n=32,needle rolling and tranexamic acid treatment)and the control group(n=32,tranexamic acid treatment)by different treatment methods.The clinical efficacy,severity of melasma,and quality of life in both groups were compared.Results In the total effective rate of treatment,in comparision of the control group(75.00%),the study group(96.88%)was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the Melasma area and severity index(MASI)scores in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and in comparision of the control group(7.64±3.05 points),the study group(5.73±2.12 points)was lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the Dermatology Quality of Life Index(DLQI)scores in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and in comparision of the control group(9.11±2.52 points),the study group(6.69±1.75 points)was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of facial needle rolling and tranexamic acid in the treatment of melasma can effectively improve clinical efficacy,control the severity of melasma,and improve the quality of life of patients.
