微针导入米诺地尔治疗湿热瘀结型雄激素性脱发的疗效观察

目的 观察微针导入米诺地尔治疗雄激素性脱发的疗效.方法 将 86 名患者采用随机数字表法随机分为米诺地尔组29例、梅花针组28例、微针组29例,三组均以米诺地尔外用,梅花针组以梅花针导入米诺地尔,微针组以微针导入米诺地尔,治疗12周后观察三组疗效.结果 (1)治疗后DLQI:三组间显著性差异(P<0.05);(2)症状积分:微针组和米诺地尔组存在显著性差异,(P<0.05);微针组和梅花针组存在中等幅度差异(P>0.05,Cohen's d=0.551);(3)新发生长:微针组和米诺地尔组、米诺地尔组和梅花针组在治疗后新发生长上存在显著性差异(P<0.05);(4)微针组和米诺地尔组、微针组和梅花针组在治疗后脱发数量上比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05).(5)有效率:微针组100%,梅花针组96.42%,米诺地尔组率93.10%;(6)满意率:微针组100%,梅花针组92.85%,米诺地尔组 86.21%,无组间差异(P>0.05).结论 (1)微针组患者DLQI、症状改善上均优于梅花针导入米诺地尔和单用米诺地尔外用;(2)采用透皮给药导入米诺地尔的方式在促进新发生长上均优于单纯米诺地尔外用;(3)微针导入米诺地尔比梅花针导入米诺地尔、单纯米诺地尔外用在减少脱发数量上更有优势,可以推测大样本下微针联合外用米诺地尔治疗AGA的现实疗效比梅花针导入米诺地尔和单纯米诺地尔外用疗效更好.微针导入生发药物米诺地尔的治疗方式值得临床推广应用.
Efficacy Observation of Microneedle-Assisted Minoxidil Treatment for Androgenetic Alopecia with Damp-Heat and Blood Stasis Pattern
Objective To observe the efficacy of microneedle-assisted minoxidil delivery in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia.Methods Eighty-six patients were randomly divided into three groups:29 cases in the minoxidil group,28 cases in the plum-blossom needle group,and 29 cases in the microneedle group.All three groups used topical minoxidil.The plum-blossom needle group used plum-blossom needles to deliver minoxidil,while the microneedle group used microneedles to deliver minoxidil.The efficacy of the treatments was observed after 12 weeks.Results(1)After treatment,there was a significant difference in DLQI among the three groups(P<0.05).(2)ptom scores:There was a significant difference between the microneedle group and the minoxidil group(P<0.05),a moderate difference between the microneedle group and the plum-blossom needle group(P>0.05,Cohen's d=0.551).(3)hair growth:There was a significant difference in new hair growth between the micronele group and the minoxidil group,as well as between the minoxidil group and the plum-blossom needle group after treatment(P<0.05).(4)There was a significant difference in the number of hair loss between the microneedle group and the minoxidil group,as well as between the microneedle group and the plum-blossom needle group after treatment(P<0.05).(5)Effective rate:Microneedle group 100%,plum-blossom needle group 96.42%,minoxidil group 93.10%;(6)Satisfaction rate:Microneed group 100%,plum-blossom needle group 92.85%,minoxidil group 86.21%,with significant intergroup differences(P>0.05).Conclusion(1)Patients in the microneedle group showed better improvement in DLQI and symptom scores compared to the plum-blossom needle-assisted minoxidil delivery and minoxidil-only topical application;(2)Transdermal delivery of minoxid was more effective in promoting new hair growth compared to topical minoxidil alone;(3)Microneedle-assisted minoxidil delivery was more advantageous in reducing the quantity of hair loss compared to plum-blossom needle-assisted minoxidil delivery and minoxidil-only topical application.It can be inferred that the real-world efficacy of microneedle-assisted topical minoxidil treatment for AGA in a large sample is better than that of plum-blossom needle-assisted minoxidil delivery and minoxidil-only topical application.The treatment method of microneedle-assisted delivery of the hair growth drug minoxidil is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
