Analysis of the therapeutic effect of Yinchen Jiedu Decoction and non exfoliating dot matrix laser in the treatment of acne
Objective To explore the effect of using Yin Chen Jie Du Decoction and non exfoliating dot matrix laser treatment on acne patients.Methods A total of 70 acne patients from October 2022 to October 2023 who were admitted in our hospital were selected.They were divided into the study group(n=35,Yin Chen Jie Du Decoction and non exfoliative lattice laser treatment)and the control group(n=35,non exfoliative lattice laser treatment)by different treatment methods.The clinical efficacy,acne improvement,and quality of life in both groups were compared.Results In the total effective rate of treatment,in comparision of the control group 77.14%(27/35),the study group 97.14%(34/35)was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the Global Acne Grading System(GAGS)scores were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and in comparision of the control group(19.33±3.91 points),the study group(16.67±4.52 points)was lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the Cardiff Acne Disability Index(CADI)scores were decreased(P<0.05),and in comparision of the control group(8.54±1.76 points),the study group(6.11±1.47 points)was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Yinchen Jiedu Decoction and non exfoliating dot matrix laser can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the condition of acne,and enhance the quality of life in the treatment of acne.
