Effect analysis of angle screw channel system abutment used in aesthetic restoration of upper teeth
Objective To analyze the effect of angle screw channel system abutment in aesthetic restoration of upper teeth.Methods A total of 45 patients with aesthetic restoration of upper teeth from December 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the researchers,all of whom completed aesthetic restoration treatment of upper teeth using an angle screw channel system abutment.The tissue aesthetic effect and periodontal health effect were analyzed.Results The scores of the Red Aesthetics Index(PES)scale on five different dimensions of tissue aesthetics were higher than before repair at 1 month and 3 months after repair(P<0.05);The final evaluation scores of plaque index(PLI),gingival index(GI),gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI),and periodontal health indicators at 1 month and 3 months after repair were lower than those before repair(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of angle screw channel system abutment in aesthetic restoration of upper teeth can improve tissue aesthetic effects and improve periodontal health,which is worth promoting.
