Clinical study of coping care model in cross infection care
Objective To explore the application effect of responsive nursing mode in the cross-infection care of oral restoration department. Methods With 80 patients undergoing prosthodontics treatment admitted to Fujian Medical University Affiliated Stomatological Hospital from January 2019 to January 2023,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care and the observation group was given coping care.To evaluate and compare the effect of infection control, the incidence of cross-infection events, patient satisfaction with clinical care work, and dental aesthetics in the two groups. Results After nursing care, the infection control effect index score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Within 14d,the overall incidence of cross-infection events in the observation group(12.50%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(32.50%)(P<0.05).The aesthetic index(Aesthetic Index)of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had significantly higher satisfaction scores with clinical nursing work than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The coping nursing mode can significantly enhance the infection control effect of patients with dental prosthesis treatment, effectively reduce the probability of cross-infection events, improve the beauty of teeth, and comprehensively improve patients'satisfaction with clinical nursing work.
